2. What Landdded is

Landdded is a curated gallery of publicly available SaaS landing page screenshots, operated by Quentin Vacher. Screenshots are collected for the purpose of design inspiration and educational reference. We are not affiliated with any of the products featured on the Site.

3. Intellectual property

The screenshots displayed on Landdded depict publicly accessible websites and are used for informational and educational purposes. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners.

If you are the owner of a product featured on Landdded and wish to have your screenshots removed, please contact us at hello.landdded@gmail.com and we will remove them promptly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site's content at scale without permission.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site.

5. Sponsorships

By purchasing a sponsorship on Landdded, you agree to the following:

• Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once a placement has gone live.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any sponsorship that we deem inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these terms.
• You are responsible for ensuring your website URL and any provided information are accurate.
• Landdded may terminate a sponsorship without refund if the sponsor violates these terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landdded and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
